Wirewerks maintains a team of highly trained, industry-expert field sales executives throughout North America ready to assist our customers in designing their networks, procuring Wirewerks products, installing their Wirewerks systems, and maintaining their Wirewerks networks over time.

Wirewerks products are available for purchase from a network of Authorized Distributors (ADs) throughout North America, with distribution centers and regional/local offices near you.

ADs offer local expertise in Wirewerks products and systems, and maintain inventories of Wirewerks products for rapid delivery. Additionally, most ADs offer value-added services including material requirements planning and logistical services to support large projects or multi-site rollouts.

Customers who require installation, repair services or on-going maintenance support for Wirewerks products and systems are encouraged to contact a Wirewerks Certified Installer (WCI) in their area.

WCIs are structured cabling system installation experts who have completed Wirewerks technical training and regularly install and maintain Wirewerks copper and optical fiber systems in a variety of applications.

Your local WCI can design, supply and install your Wirewerks structured cabling system, and WCIs are authorized to certify eligible Wirewerks system installations for the Wirewerks 25-Year Extended Warranty Program.
